Looking into 2019
We are very happy and greatful when we look back at the start of this year. We can see how the Lord has blessed us and what the impact of our work has been. We started a nursery school, to prepare young children for primary education.
Wonderful and difficult moments
A lot has happenend in Malawi recently, more specific in Kwanjana! Good things, but also a lot of suffering. Good things: the start of the nursery school, with 20 children. Great to see how enthousiastic the children (and their parents!) are.

Malawi is in desperate need of help
Yesterday, a state of emergency was decleared in Malawi, by president Peter Mutharika. From monday evening to friday evening, it rained day and night. Villages were flooded, homes were washed away, people drowned and some people are still missing.

The For a Change Foundation always cooperates with the local people, especially with the Action Committee. The members of the Action Committee know best that the consequences of severe poverty are and know the surroundings and the people. They are the bridge between For a Change and the village.
